if ur a senior what would be a good bench, squat, and deadlift to have??
Posted by: tigerboo
for you i'd aim for about 370 bench, 600 squat, 600 deadlift
That is if you don't plan on losing any weight. You can possibally even gain a little weight...Do you play football, what position?

yes i play defensive tackle.offensive guard i also wrestle!!
370 would be good on bench but im aiming for more than that..lol

that would be great if you can but I'd say you'll have to gain some weight. Especially if you're defensive tackle. You should try to gain 20 lbs while training extremely hard IMO. You want to make that weight gain as much muscle as possible so you don't lose any speed.

yuh the only bad thing about doing that is wrestling 275 weight class is a bitch.but ill prob do it.i dont even look like i weigh 225 peosay i look like about 180 but nope.

Well said boys...not being strong does not make someone a loser...in fact I would say it's very shallow to label anyone a "loser."

I'm not actually concerned at all. I was just wondering if college has changed since I went. In my day getting in was measuered by your GPA not your max BP, squat, or deadlift.
