Need diet regime. Im young and need a mentor.

Im 24, 6'2'', 175 lb's and in pritty good shape. I've been working out daily for six months and now i got a good muscle foundation.

I still have a weeeee bit of fat on the gut and ass, but maybe 2 pounds all together that needs to go.

Im going to start a 3 hour workout every day exept sunday on Sept. 1'st useing free weights and universal gym's i got here at home and im wanting to know a very basic diet to gain muscle mass and no fat.

I like to jog once a week for 3-5 hours and im wondering if that is bad or good?

Can you all please give me a list of store bought items that will help build mass with out shrinking my penis

I eat tuna, egg whites, pasta(plain) cheese lots of water(normal) and i don't take whey yet but soon.

So please list some good foods, times to eat, and products that will help me in my goal.

Oh by the way i quite smoking over a year ago and lifting is my new addiction he he he

Please start by reading the Newbies Start here thread. There is alot of useful info in there to get you started. Once you are done reading and have put together a meal plan for yourself please post it and well will help you critique it to fit your needs.

You're doing one runnig workout once a week for 3-5 hours? That's marathon time. . .so you're running a marathon as your only running workout once per week?

THREE HOUR WORK OUT EVERY DAY?? You will go backward bigtime! 45 min to 1 hour 3 days a week will do ya good.
