I really need help

Hi, I need help from pro guys like you....

My height is 5'10 my weight 166 and my bf% is 8%, i'm not fat, but my stomach is not flat, and my abs are not ripped, i go to the gym 4 days a week. What so I have to do, or eat or do i have to change my workout? please help me..

It would be hard to say whether you have to change your workout since I don't know what it looks like. Just curious, but how do you know you are 8% bodyfat? What are your goals, how long have you been training? Give a little more info and maybe we can offer advice.

BTW, is that bar Gentle Ben's still down by U of A?

Please post your current diet in a meal by meal format. Include quanties and macros and as much info as you can provide.

Bodyfat percentages can be somewhat deceiving, 8% is low however 2 people can have 8% bodyfat and look completely different as distribution of that 8% can be different. It sounds like you hold your fat on your stomach unfortunately there is no such thing as spot reduction so you may just have to build more muscle and reduce your bodyfat a couple more percent to have a flat stomach. That is achieved through a caloric deficit of diet & cardio.
