im really sick of using my george foreman, i always overcook it..... so isnt baking chicken ok? could someone plz suggest a recipe..... maybe w rosemary, lemonjuice, or something tastey. i use 4oz boneless/skinless filets, so how much time would i need and what temp? thank you

First of all you bake breads and cakes... we roast chicken, turkeys, etc...
But to answer your question... I roast my chicken at 375 degrees to a temperature of at least 175 degrees F. You can get one of those kitchen thermometers at the grocery store... but it's usually about 30-45 mins depending on the size and quantity of the breasts.
