Alright, I'm a little new to the board, so heres one of my opening threads
Well, I've been lifting for about 2 years and cycling for nearly 4. I'm 17, nearly 18. About 5'9" tall, around 155lbs right now (still cutting, even though this threads for a bulking diet), I'm looking to go around 145-150 for a nice cut look. My bulk will start whenever I hit my goal, but I just want my diet down before - I'm paranoid, I gotta have things planned lol.
General lifts (best)
Squat 225x25 - High reps are my killer
Bench 180x10
DL 245x8
And now for the diet...
Breakfeast 6:00am - 800cals
35g maltodextrose or dextrose in water - I've heard consuming High GI carbs right after waking up halts muscle catabolism, so its not like this can hurt, right?
3 jumbo eggs
4oz ham steak
2-3cups coffee + 2tbsp heavy cream, 2 packets sugar substitute
7:30am school workout
8:16am - 500 cals
40g whey
60g carbs
multivitamin
1g calcium
1.5g vitamin c
200-300g R-ALA
Creatine/V12 - Havent decided yet, any suggestions?
10am-12pm (dont know what lunch I have in school yet) 500cals
Turkey sandwhich
-6oz turkey breast
-2 pieces organic wheat bread
-lettuce, tomato & mustard
-1 sugar free pudding cup - I dont have cheat meals, just these extra 35 cals every day
2:20pm - 310 cals
procomplex bar
5:30pm - 500 cals
5oz chicken breast
1/2cup oatmeal/rice
2tbsp nat pb
7:30pm-8pm (family dinner) - 300-400 cals
chicken/beef/fish
veggies
9-9:30pm
ZMA
10-10:30 - 350 cals
1c cottage cheese
2tbsp nat pb
Totals: 2934cals 96g Fat - 232g Carbs - 270g Protein
I will probably kick the carbs down to 200 and protein up to 300, I'm a tad carb sensitive
As for a routine, I only have 30-40mins to lift at max so HST is the way I'll be trainning. 3 days of full body workouts and a short 10min HIIT cardio on the weekend (excluding 3min warmup & 3min cooldown). If I'm not gainning, I'll up the cals and go from there. Any suggestions will help greatly!

looks like a pretty good bulk plan.....I would drop the ham form mael one (not a big fan of ham) and add either more eggs, some meat (chicken, ground beef or turkey) or maybe some cottage cheese. As far as the insulin spike first thing in the morning I don't feel that it nececcary but some say it is good to do so if you respond well to it and it works for you then go for it.
I would probably drop the HIIT cardio altogether or maybe just one day or maybe even just one day of traditional cardio if you feel it is necessary.
After your cut don't jump up to that amount of calories right away. Add them back slowley do that your metabolism adjusts and you don't put on to much fat right out of the gate. I wouldn't lower the carbs if I were you either. Remeber, carbs are anabolic. If you are bulking you are going carbs for heavy workouts. I would even maybe drop the protein a bit (something like 225-240g a day) to make sure you are absorbing a lot of it.....270g seems high to me for some one that is 145-150lbs. If you drio the protein add in some more slow burning carbs. You should also get some omega 3 in there some where. A tbsp. of flax works well in protein shakes.
