Hi!

I have just come off a cutting diet and am starting a bulk phase. I am seeking to gain mass with the least amount of fat possible. The ratio is 40/40/20 pro, carb, fat

critique is much appreciated

Its too small to read

What program is that? Or is it a spreadsheet?

Jodi, the browser is resizing it. Click the button to expand it back to regular size.

LOL! Pepper I know, its actually how I;m accessing the internet today. I can't expand it because I unfortunately have to access the internet through a metaframe farm today and they don't have flash on it and its limited IE access because its a guest account. So I can't do crap on this and the screen is jumping all over the fucking place and driving me nuts. I should have clarified so I don't sound like an idiot.

I didn't mean to sound like you were being an idiot. I wonder if there is a way to turn that off? I have the same problem on my wireless IPAQ.

Diet looks ok but it's hard to critique without knowing more about you. How many calories were you eating before? How long have you been training? your age? your stats?

I'm 20 and have been training on and off for the last 3 years.. i've been taking it seriously and consistently since january 2003. i've been scrawny most of my life.. 120pds in highschool.

I found a mass gaining program and followed it and since january went from 130 to 150. Although some of it was fat.. and I had a puffy/bloated face. I wasnt following my diet strictly and I basically ate anything and everything.. my cals were probably at 3000 a day

Fitfreak helped me clean up my diet and so I got rid of the n-large and went on a cutting phase for a few weeks and now i weigh just over 140 and am a lot leaner. I now want to gain size with as little fat as possible.

all tips and advice welcome!

oh yes and that diet sheet is from the software ProgramTracker that came with a fitness program I had bought a long time ago. I find it very helpful since it does all the math for you.. you just have to select waht foods and in what quantities. There is also a training log and body composition log where you can track your progress.

at the beginning of the thread you said the macros ratio was going to be 40/40/20.....but looking at your chart it doesnt seem to be 40/40/20... I mean your protein is very high and your carbs are low....shouldnt they be the same(if its a 40/40/20)????

Posted by: hustler11

yikes! good thing you saw that

something similar happens to me....I find it TOO easy to go overboard on the protein and low on the carbs....Simetimes when I add all up....I figure I ate like almost 300 g prot and 120 g carbs....damm canned tunas....why do they have to taste soo good...
