I am in the process of holding nutrition/protein bar taste test.
I can send it to you if you want.
Or, if Prince tells me how to copy it here without losing my formatting, I'll paste it in (it's in excel).

MtnBikerGirl wants me to tell you that she'll send you the protein bar spreadsheet in a couple of days. She is away from the office for a few days and can't get to the file.

Whew - I'm back - feel like I've missed a MONTH!
The short of the story is this - I can't have chocolate so my favorite is the EAS low carb bars - they are, however, very rich and require water to wash them down. If you like chocolate, the Worldwide Nutrition Pure Protein bars are pretty good too. But be careful, because I know some people have stomach problems with those.
bharminder - send me your e-mail address and I'll send you the spreadsheet.

MtnBikerChick,
Thanks for the spreadsheet.
I'm like you, so far, the bars I like the best are Eas Myolplex Lite. But I end up drinking a gallon of water after I eat them, which is a good thing I guess.
