All Jams and Jellys contain sugar. They do make a no sugar added one but it still contains sugar.

There is a simple way to figure this out:
Read the ingredients 
If sugar is one of the first few ingredients then the product is mostly sugar.

It says on the label...look at it at the grocery store...seems pretty basic.
