New member so heres my stats:
Name: Jon L
Sex: Male
Age: 24
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 94kg
Training: 5 times a week. Routines shift between mass building and cardio routines. Free weights along with machines.
(1hour weights + 45 mins cardio)
Diet: High protein (3 whey shakes a day) along with three sensible meals. Can indulge in take away food sometimes.
Biggest training drawback: Heavy drinker (weekends only)
Blunts
Goal: To get ripped and remove final traces of body fat from problem areas (lower abs and sides)
To also get my bicep to match my tricep (my tris look much bigger than bis)
Music: Hip-hop/breakbeat/funky house
Fav films: Scarface, LOTR
Comedians: Bill Hicks, Chapelle, Rock
