Ok i train for 1 hour 30 mins, 4-5 times a week. Cardio as well as weights most days.
I m 24, and 6'6", I weigh 94kgs. I have layer of body fat covering my abs that i m depseratley trying to shift. Here is typical day diet.
10am - Protein shake - whey protein 2 scoops, 500ml of semi skimmed milk.
cereal - Corn flakes/coco pops sumin like that.
1pm - Sandwich (white bread with ham, salad, cheese)
3pm - training (wieghts followed by cardio)
5pm (after training) protein shake - whey potein 2 scoops, 500ml semi skimmed milk
6pm - Meat (Chicken, beef, lamb or pork) with rice or potatoe and fresh salad
9pm- salad or snack bar
11pm - protein shake- whey 2 scoops, milk 500ml.
This is an average day, main meal can vary. i know its terrible and i could really do with some advice on what to eat and when. especially as i m trying to burn body fat while not lose muscle.
(i think i have a slow metabolism, when i was 18 i was very overwieght, triple chin the works. Then i started weights and eventually moved into cardio as well. At 23 I am a lot leaner and fitter with well defined arms and legs however my body section although a lot leaner, still feels as if the skin is loose and this effects my definition but i m rambling and this could go on another post...) any help would be most appreciated.. thanks

First thing you can do is start by reading the stickies. They will provide you with a lot of good information and ideas about dieting.
Second.....you carb choices suck and you have very little protein and no EFAs.
good carb choices:
sweet potatos
oatmeal
brown rice
apple
strawberries
fiberous green veggies
No milk or cereal or white bread....In my opinion for a cut.
protein:
red meat
turkey
tuna
cottage cheese
chicken
Aim for 1-1.5g per lb of bodyweight per day
fats:
flax seed oil (or some other form of omega 3)
all natural peanut butter
nuts
olive oil
oil based dressings
