4 (4 ounce) red snapper fillets
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon dried whole oregano
1/2 cup crumpled feta cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives

Add tomato, white wine and oregano and cook until water evaporates, stirring occasionally. Arrange snapper filets in a baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
