does the nutritional info change on oatmeal after u cooked them??? I see a lot of people eating a cup of oatmeal in their diet and was wondering if the measurement was dry or cooked...... because 1/2 cup of oatmeal cooked is a big bowl of oatmeal....thanx

No, it doesn't change and you measure oats dry and 1/2 C dry oats is nothing. Some days I eat a cup or more.

I use 1 pcaket of splenda and some cinnamon. It's good. I like it plain too though!

Is splenda the process stuff as i wouldn't recommend that only the raw oats are suitable. Oatmeal is the best slow burning carb and is great to mix with whey in my shakes.

Splenda is an artificial sweetner!

1/2 cup cooked oatmeal ain't nuthin' dude, today i ate 3 cups dry oatmeal(approx 6 cups cooked oatmeal) and that wasn't even half my carbs for the day.

i have never had any luck with pb and oatmeal
my favorites are the tried and true blueberries, with some cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and a tablespoon of chopped walnuts. Or replace the blueberries with some natural applesauce and add a splash of lemon juice. Canned pumpkin can taste good in oatmeal too

1 cup = 8 ounce

As far as I know there are only two kinds of measured cups US and UK. They both come to 8 ounces with the UK cup holding slightly more, something like 8.3 or so. What other kind of cup are you reffering to? Your 36 ounce slurpy cup J/K

We measure our oil in quarts
