I read online last night as I was searching the web that the only way to really gain muscle is to eat 4 times you're Caloric intake..They were saying something like you need around 4,000 calories per day to gain muscle..It said that Ronnie Coleman does this...Does anyone know if this is true or not??? Thanks

depends a lot on the individual...the weight, metabolism, lifestyle etc. generally, it's best to eat more calories than you expend to maximise gains in the gym.
use trial and error. if 4000 a day is gaining weight too quickly drop off a bit. it's also very important where your calories come from.

What web site was this? One should GRADUALLY up their calories and watch how their weight goes, to avoid adding unecessary fat. ALso if one is on a cycle, they generally can get away with consuming more calories than a non steroid dieter.

To optimally build muscle you would need to eat slightly higher than your maintenance calories which is different for everyone.
