Dietry Suggestions!

Ok now i know my mum wants too lose weight so i want to help her out. Her stats are as follows:
Age: 48
Height: 5' 8"
Weight: 220 pounds
Goal: Lost 60 - 70 pounds of fat
She does not workout and cares little for LBM. I doubt she will start lifting either. But diet will be the focuss.
Before you ask what her meals look like i would just like a starting figure for caloric intake. I should be able to come up with a decent diet from there and then i will post it and see what you think.
