What're EFA's? I'm guessing it's some sort of chemical, biological or not, so I thought this would be the appropriate forum.

Essential Fatty Acids. It isn't a chemical bro, they are fats. Go to the diet forum and do a search for CLA, ALA and such, you will find some info there.
