I had a rash of small aches and pains, which some have been lifting related and some just lifes funny way of saying your getting old. My question is.. I love to keep lifting, but my wrist pain and lower back pain are start to become a problem, I hate to take a break(even a week would kill me). What should I do, supplements, cortizone shot, stretching....?

I've always stuck by the saying "if it hurts, stop doing it". And by "hurt", I mean in a bad way.
You could always lighten up your work-outs for awhile, and add some additonal rest days.

Hey! Don't send him to GNC! You can get it from the Xtreme-Forums.com Supplement Warehouse.

GNC sucks. They are only good for looking at products and examining them close up. I only buy from them when I am desparate.

I agree with I Are Baboon. I buy my supplements online, and if i have any questions about anything new, i will go to GNC just to look at the product. I never buy from them. Too expensive.

Glucosamine, is good for the joints. My young ass used to have knee joint aches. My dad told me about Glucosamine and i started taking it, It takes a while for the effects to take place but i dont have the aches as much as i used to. Now it is just when i put lots of stress on my knees.
