Fat - Efalex capsules!

I got these capsules and this what they got in them:-
Tuna oil - 294mg (Includes 60 mg of DHA)
Evening primrose oil - 140 mg
Thyme oil - 1mg
Vitamin E
Can you use these as fat? And how many would you have to take for a gram of fat?

Yes you can but Fish Oil caps are much better. Probably 1G per cap.

Primrose oil is a good addition to omega 3 & 6's.
