Prince has the final say, I've been on a board that allows open check requests, but I will go ahead and close this.
You can always email a mod, and there are places I can check when I haven't heard of someone.
One thing to watch for, scammers will sometimes contact you - and of course you may be the indirect scammer, so everyone must beware... My email addy is in my profile.
