On Mondays and Wednesdays I play basketball at 10 am. Problem is that I wake up at 8. Should I fast another 2 hours or should I eat something small?

YES EAT!! That is far too long for your body to go without food.
Have something light first thing upon rising, so it wont weigh you down or cause cramps on the court.
Eggwhites and 1/2 c oats
Protein Shake
for example...

Good suggestion Leslie. Eat every three hours...period. Schedule the food around the activities so you don't go more than three hours.
Besides, you'll have a better game.
