Lemon Garlic Salmon

Lemon Garlic Salmon

4 (4 ounce) salmon filets
1 tablespoon reduced calorie margarine or butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon (or 3 tablespoons)
Salt and pepper to taste.

Melt margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Place salmon filets in skillet and sprinkle with lemon juice on both sides. Cook approximately 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Makes 4 Servings
Serving Size: 1 filet

How bad would it be to substitute salmon with tuna filet?

Although I don't see a reason why not, but really any fish. But my favorite fish style cooking is Blackened or Cajun! Gotta love it.
