Ok i have decided to go up too 300 mg's of deca a week but i gave my self the 1st shot on monday.... its wednes day now... And i only used 200 on monday... should i stick my self again today and put in just 100 and then on monday shoot 300 straight up.... please help!

It is a long enough ester you can do whatever you want, go for it. In the future though I would keep it regular, if your going to shoot twice a week or once, keep the days the same like, monday/thursday or etc.

Sure, go for it, I would just make sure that you are not changing your plan in the future, otherwise your hormone levels are going to look like an up and down week on the stock market.
