But the best place to find them would be health shops, which you should be able to locate in your home town, if not, then there is the internet (i can give you some sites that sell alsorts of supps). Olive oil isn't too bad, i am not sure of walnut oil?? but i think that has some fibre in which is a bonus. On your bulk you will need a blender as once you start making me home made shakes, there will be not stopping you.
