Hey, I'm on a cutting plan. What's the best time to get away with a carb heavy meal and still lose bodyfat? What do you guys think? Is it morning? Midday? Evening? Let me hear your thoughts.

i'm no expert but from my understanding the earlier in the day the better as you should have them burned off by the end of the day... i think they say no carbs after 5-7 PM... so basically your dinner should be your last carb intake...

Doesn't matter the time of day. The best time is to take in carbs after training. They do not get stored as bodyfat at this time and they do not interfere with lypolysis, in fact the insulin spike that you get at this time is perfect for driving nutrients into the muscles, jump starting recovery and stopping cortisol.

Best time for carbs is first thing in the morning and then immediately after training.
