Will i keep my leg mass?

Just a dumb question.
I've fought really hard to get what little size on my quads as i have now. Just the other day my dad lent the work ute to his mate who lives on a boat and doesn't have a car.
So now i gotta ride my pushie around
What are the chances of me losing mass in my legs?
I ride 10 mins to work in the morn, 5 mins to the gym from work, and about 20 mins gym to home with a couple of killer hills
My calves seem to be hurting too, like mucle fatigue hurting.
Thanks all.
Pete

Extra work like that for the legs is not great for keeping leg mass. You may need to compensate by:

-adding some calories to the diet
-reducing leg training volume
-stretching out the quads/hams after each ride to facilitate recovery

Gotta do what you gotta do though...just do your best to offset it!

Is a pushie a bike?

Most people who don't ride think the best way to go about it is put it in a big gear and push hard. Couldn't be farther from the truth. You're not lifting, you're riding. Put it a small gear, and spin. When you think you're spinning, you're probably not. Put it in a smaller gear yet again. 5-20 minutes on a bike shouldn't even have you breaking a sweat if you're just letting your legs spin.
