Winny,clen,t-3 ????

Hi all, Im a newbie to this board and need some honest advice. I have started a 16 week fat loss diet, high protein , low carbs , lots of greens. Anyway im struggling with a cutting stack. I have about 240 tabs of winny, plenty of t-3 and clen, Ive read about stacking Deca or etc... with t-3 do to muscle loss, but this is all i have to work with for now. Should i take all of it together? or start with the winny for a few weeks and than introduce the t-3 and clen together later on . I am currently on my 3rd week of my diet. 6'1 280 lbs 27% body fat. (Any tips would be greatly appreciated)

Not sure what you mean "with T3 due to muscle loss" since that is what causes flatness and/or muscle loss in people when not used carefully.

25mcg-50mcg is probably going to be your magic number with T3 while not on any significant mass steroids. Supposedly even if you appear flat this is often low carbs, not actual muscle loss.

As for clen I assume you are going to do 80-140mcg or so.

training will become next to imposiible with that combo between the clen cramps and winny everything will ache. Taurine is supposed to help but it didnt realy help me

Hey mudge, what i meant with the t-3 and muscle loss is , ive heard its not picky as far as burning fat and or mucsle. Ill be pyramiding up to the 50 mcgs like u mentioned perhaps a bit more, my metabolism seems to be retarded compared to most people. Clen will definitely be above 100 mcgs.

Crackerjack, I definitely know about the cramping u spoke of, thats why i hesitate to combine the clen and winny together, but i wanted to get the most out of what i had, i will probably start the winny and take the clen and t-3 together later on in the diet. Ive had bad experiences with the clen and cramping in the past, Actually ended up in the ER, getting 4 liters of fluids pumped into me. Thats another story and another question for later lol, thanks for your reply Ill look into Taurine,

Yeah, heavy on the T3 and your going to have the same metabolism as one of those people who is 140 pounds and can "never gain weight of any kind," meaning it will burn anything off.

I guess i need to find a happy medium, wanna burn the fat but I definitely dont want to throw muscle away, thanks for your input.

Clen is anti catabolic, and in minor doses T3 is supposed to be a "good" thing but like Cracker said it doesn't always work that way for everyone.

T3 has a 10 hour half life so I'd split it into two doses, if you happen to sweat alot on that + clen then I would just not take the second dose too late in the day.

Hey mudge thanks for the info. I got another ? for ya I know one of the mods here is against winny, not sure if its u or not , i cant remember but my ? is have u ever seen yellow winny tabs? there hexagon in shape and supposably came from china. Just curious if anyone has used them before , I know there legit , i had awesome gains from them. But im a bit puzzeled on the dosages, their suppose to be 5 mgs per pill. Anyway thanks for your advice.

I dont plan on doing winny, sometimes it sounds tempting, but it is not worth the risk or pain to me.

IP is the big name from China that I know of but his winny tabs are 50mg each.

Humm, I wonder what the heck they are, i know there 5mgs though, i was taking 3 in morning and 3 at night , got reall vascular and a hell of a lot stronger off them. Lots of cramping too, sounds alot like winny side affects,

5/6mg winny is not uncommon, I only happen to know of IP from China.
