Would you recommend your 8 week cutting diet for someone who has about 50 more pounds to lose?
I have dropped 35 so far and am back in the gym 6 days a week.
6'2" 300lbs currently
235 LBM
I have never been really lean in my life and I am working hard to get close by next July 4th.

you would have to adjust the caloire intake for a person of your size and activity level. God has given me with fast metoabolism so every ones caloric intakes are different. For heavier people i would base things upon there lean body mass vs their over all weight. 50 lbs should take about 3-4 months to do it properly and slower the better and more maintaince of lean muscle mass if not even building some. For cardio 3-4 day is a good place to start at 20-30 minutes. but please consult a a physciain before starting because people need to do this in a healthy matter and not drop it all at once
