question about pooping

i realize i could've chosen a more appropriate title for this thread but what can ya do... anyways, i'm not sure whether or not this thread is even appropriate in the first place, but i figure this is a health message board and bodily functions obviously fall under the health catagory... so anyways, here's my question... ever since i started eating more cleanly, i've noticed that i've been "pushing brown" much more often than usual... about 2-3 times a day... also, they're almost always clean... ie: nothing on the toilet paper after i wipe... what's the cause of this? fiber? cause i've been eating a lot more fibrous veggies than usual... whatever the case, i'm really liking it! (the no mess part )

any info regarding this topic would be much appreciated! thanks!

Yes the fiber will do that to you. Try fiber one cereal for a really fun day

Believe it or not, I attended a seminar once on healthy pooping. Ideally on a daily basis you should be moving 12 inches of feces out of your system. It should be brown, mostly solid and float in the bowl. You can do 3 4 inchers or 2 6 inchers as long as you move that 12 inches. If you're not it means you're constipated.

Caffeine and other toxins cause you to poop faster, which is why usually after that morning coffee you have to take a dump.

I was about to start a topic just like this.

One thing I've noticed and can't stand is ever since I started my bulk cycle, I have to dump every 4 hours. Talk about a PITA!! And yes, my shyt does STINK!!!

But really, it's cool to go to the bathroom at least once every day I think. Fiber is neat.
