What are some cuts of meat a little higher in fat (not saturated in fat)? Right now I eat low fat Chicken Breast and lean turkey and lite tuna in water. I read in TP's Carb cycling article that 2 of our protein sources should be a little higher in fat. What would be some good examples?

Or you can add in a tbsp of flax or PB if your day doesn't include the higher fat protein

Thanks Leslie, that's what I've been doing. I'm just excited about trying some different meat now. I picked up some Beef round eye of round steak. How's that?
