well, i tried to do back/bis today and i had 35 minutes to do it. i cant do deadlifts, rows, pullups, curls, and bb curls in that time period. the point is that i have absolutely no time and 35 minutes to work out is pushing it. usually i have 30 minutes solid that i can actually workout. what would you guys suggest that i do. and by the way my lifting days are now Mon,Tues,Wednes,Thurs and rest on friday. its a weird split but thats what my weight coach wants. what should i do guys? i dont have time for my bis or traps, no tricep time, or any other stuff. my rest time in between sets is about 1 minute and 30 seconds and im still tryin to shave off time, yet i dont even get close to finishing my workout. maybe 1/2 done is all i get.

can you drop the weight training class and substitue it with something else? do ur workouts in a reg gym so they don't suffer

i could, but im asking, should i do that or is there another way i can adjust my split or something to get all my workouts done in my weight training class?

You could always split your workouts into 2-a-days. Work 1 bodypart at school in your class and after school go to your gym and work the other.

At 2 minutes per set (doing the set and rest), you can fit 15 sets into the half hour.
4 deadlifts
4 chinups (or lat pulldowns)
4 rows of some kind
4 sets of curls
I leave it to you to figure out how to sneak that 16th set in.
