Hello everyone, I'm new to this sport and need help. I have access to a gym 3 days a week for an hour and a half each time. Its a good gym; has lots of machines and free weights. I'd like to work on my whole body. COuld someone help me workout a routine? I'm new so please be very descriptive. Thanks

I would recommend that you do full body work-out 3 days per week, 2-3 sets per exercise (max), focus on compound movements, stay in the 10-12 rep range, 1 exercise for small muscle groups like biceps & triceps, and 2 exercises for larger muscle groups like legs. Do this for a couple of months until you build some strength, coordination, flexability, etc.

Uright Rows= traps and mid/front delts
DB Bicep Curls= biceps

Just so you don't get confused my advice was to use compound exercises.
