What do you guys usually do? 12 hours is the recommended dosing-it doe snot have to be exact. I would apply some more as soon as you get home. I am using Noraderm and I usually apply first thing in the morning and then around 9pm or so. The key is to not miss doeses ect. 3. What are the typical areas for application (chest, arms, shoulders)? Any thin skinned areas-feets, forearms, inside of biceps, calves ect. 4. Last one (sorry). What dosage do most people usually take. On 1fast400 it say 6-9 squirts twice a day. Would this be alright? I know that when people do a cycle of 1ad, most people take 600mg a day even though the label says 300mg. I would start on the lower end of what the bottle says-upping the dosage gradually to peak your cycle. See how your body responds. Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I know what I'm getting myself into. Thanks in advance to whoever replies. |
