Originally posted by young d well i've already posted it on here so i ain't gonna post it again, its a decent balanced diet i'm sure i get good fats from other sources.... jodi i saw walnut oil in a list of foods in a sticky thread, i got some, shall i just add a bit to my salads? can i use low fat salad dressings? i can eat salad without any dressings but if a dressing or some oil will benefit me i'd use it also dairy products.... (fat free yogurts in particular) good or bad? thanks |

Originally posted by Jodi Yes you can add that or olive oil to your salads. Low fat dressings are usually loaded with sugar. Thats how they keep somewhat of a flavor to them without the fat. Oil & Vinegar is a much better choice. I stay away from dairy because once again, too much sugar
