I've been reading for a long time now. Everywhere I read, it says that Glutamine Peptides are better than L-Glutamine. Because Glutamine Peptides are peptide bonded and absorbs faster than L-Glutamine. Also it is not absorbed via competitive absorption mechanism, so it can taken with your protein and creatine while L-Glutamine has to be taked alone in plain water!

Experienced Guys, Please clarify.:o

If you can manage to take L-Glutamine on an empty stomach between meals, and wait about 30 minutes after before eating than the L version is just as good as the peptides. But, if you want to just add it to your shakes or have it with a meal or any other time, than you need the peptides.

I use both VPX Ultra Pure Glutamine and Sports One GP2 (peptides), so I have my bases covered to take it whenever I wish.
