Hello again, haven't been around for a bit (Posting wise), but a quick question. Everyone seems to do the 3-3.5 hours per meal, I've been having a problem with this. For example is a breakfast routine, I like to have 1 cup of oatmeal or 1 cup of Fibre one w/ 1/4 cup 1% milk, as well as a grapefruit, protein shake or hardboiled egg. Now the thing is, I'm very very hungry again in and around the 1.5-2 hour mark and if I don't eat start getting sick to my stomach, anyone have any ideas of what could be done? Should I jsut try and move down from 3 hours to 1.5-2 to be safe or what? Right now I'm working on cutting out some excess body fat on the back of my waistline and put on some lean mass, if this makes any difference. Thanks alot, for any help!

ya man, eat every 2 hours....
i eat every 2, sometimes 1.5, cuz like you, my body craves food...
you'll be safe at 2 hrs, as long as your eating good foods....

Wow, hungry after 1.5 hours. I'm just the opposite, i'm almost never hungry even after 3 hours. Infact, I don't think i've been hungry once in the past 6 months...Well, maybe in the morning a few times.

You probably don't have enough fat in your diet to help slow down digestion.
