Hello all,

Been reading this forum for a while and posted once before...but didn't introduce myself here. I finally recognized the protocol for new members...so please pardon my earlier haste.

I have been lifting for about 10 years. I am 6'1" and about 200-205. Weighed 150 when I started 10 years ago (when I used to be a more active runner). Recently my goals were cutting and dropping some weight... so I went from 215-220 back to where I am now. Typically I lift 5 days a week and do cardio for 20-25 minutes 3 days a week.

Think I am going to stay at my current weight for another month or so and then change something up. I enjoy change in my routine/physique.... I really enjoy being the weight I am now...since I am not having to eat every 15 minutes and I fee great but I am getting bored with not having any physique related goals...so I am thinking of either dropping back to 190 or going to 220.

Personal stuff...hmmm...I work in business efficiency. Meaning my job is focused on how we (the company I work with) can make more profit from our existing revenues.
