My Flax Soup concoction

Ok, I hate V8, cottage cheese, and flax. So, I mixed the threre and made a soup which is pretty good tasting. Anyway, here are the speicifcs.
2.5 servings cottage cheese
2 servings V8
1 tablespoon Flax Oil
Mix it up and chow it.
