3 cups cooked bow tie pasta (reserve 1/2 cup cooking water)
3 teaspoons olive oil
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add green onion and cumin and cook until soft. Combine remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese and mix well. Heat until heated through, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
