I'm going to my uncle cabin up in the mountains for a weekend. Just to get away and spend time with my GF. I'm looking for something to read to help pass the time. Can anyone recommend a good book to read. Hum, let me refrase that, a body building book. Something i can pick up and read and not have to be a doctor. Something basic, not like a dictionary. Any suggestions?
Highly recommend no matter what your goal is, or your level.

Dude, do not, under any circumstances buy Arnold's book if you are looking for routines or good bb'ing info.
If you just want to read and have a laugh or two about arnold and bb'ing back in the day...its a decent read. However in terms of coming away knowing anything more about bb'ing...we are talking zero here (the exercise section is decent but you can get all that shit online for free www.exrx.net)
I'll second NHE by Rob Faigin and Supertraining by Mel Siff
You can try and get The Ketogenic Diet by Lyle McDonald and the Bromocriptine eBook by Lyle McDonald, both good nutrition books.
Aside from that you can try and get some basic textbooks, like physiology/anatomy, chemistry, biology. Those will give you a good understanding of how the human body works so when idiots say stupid shit like "steroids just give you water weight and you lose it all when you stop" you can bitch slap em.
