whats up fellas...
i just had a question, can u guys please tell me what the differences are in proteins and how do they work..for example whats whey isolate and hydrolyzed and all the other kinds of proteins...thanks.

Hey ecto...There are many different proteins as well as methods of processing these proteins which affect their quality, bioavailability, and specific properties.Different proteins are absorbed by the body at different rates, have different amino acid sequences, and are more or less bioavailable.Whey has certain advantages over casein and vice-versa.Soy has many benefits of its own.It can get very confusing. The best thing to do is eat as wide a variety of proteins as possible to try and get all the benefits of each.

Nice post gopro.
As far as muscle building is concerned, whey is the best if you had to pick one, but a whey + casien mix is tough to beat.
