Actually, it is true.

First your penis will stop working (impotence), then it will shrivel up, then after about 3 months it might even fall off.

They are not exactly sure why this happens, it may be due to "creatine loading" and/or creatine serums.

At least mine fell off from Creatine use not bitten of by a Colorado Mountain Goat like Prince here. Or By my his on mother like our good friend Mr. Xtreme! But the fact is all I have to do is Add water to mine and it will come back. Like a sponge you see. Now these guys have to go through some fecal matter to pick the pieces out and put them together a nice shit Penis!
