The only supplement that I have used with good results is glutamine powder.I cycle on and off usually for 6 weeks at a time.On each cycle I have gained an average of four pounds.

Mifody-Perhaps you don't need to cycle glutamine.I find that I make better progress if I cycle it.You have to remember that not everyone responds the same way.

I don't really have a favorite. I take the following:
Creatine
ZMA
Glutamine
Multi vit/mineral
vit C

Prince-I have heard several people mention ZMA but all I have heard is that it helps them sleep better.Have you found this to be true? Also, what other benefits does it have?

I personally use the GNC Mega Men. It's got some rediculous RDA of some vitamins. Because of that, I only take one a day instead of the recommend dosage of two a day. The protein shakes and protein bars I eat have plenty of vitamins in them as well.

I take the two (GNC brand). I thought about spliting it and taking it different times of the day what do you guys think.

i split them about 8 hours apart

There are days when I take two. Definately a good idea to split them up. When I do take two, I take one in the morning (around 8:00) and one in the afternoon (around 2:00). Your body will absorb more of the vitamins by splitting them up.
Love the bright yellow pee!

lol baboon about the bright yellow pee.
Sometimes I think my piss is so bright that it would glow in the dark.

I never really "feel" any difference when taking vitamins. All I know is that they are good for your health. Plus, when you take both pills in the morning, you pee bright yellow until about noon. When you split them up, you pee bright yellow all day.

I take one a day (GNC brand). Thats about the only thing I buy there. I like the time release types. I get plenty of extra vitamins from the protein bars and MRP's when I use them.

Creatine is the best supplement.

Absolute number one supp I've ever used, PROTEIN!!! Great gains.
If I was forced to chose a number two it would be tough, but I'm pretty sure I'd go with MORE PROTEIN!!!
OK, OK, I've used creatine with very good results.
Have been thinking about trying some glutamine. Where do you guys fit it into your diet? I take creatine with my post-workout shake. Add glutamine to that also?

Yeah, throw it in with the creatine if you insist on taking it. Personally, I think glutamine is useless unless on a severe calorie deprived diet (such as a pre-contest diet). Other than that, your protein intake should cover all of your glutamine needs.

Both are good supplement, but personally, they're over pricing. Plus, I don't like their marketing style, bringing down their competitor in any other ways.
