Anyone tried or know anything about dorian yates pro-anabol. I heard its meant to be like legal steroids but im not sure. Im thinking about trying it as my progress is not as good as i had hoped it would be. Any thoughts?

Hey friend.I wouldn't bother with the gaba either.Go with vitamins,minerals,good protein powders,creatine,glutamine,and a solid diet and training program.With these elements in place you can't go wrong.

ZMA is good.Just make sure you take it on an empty stomach b4 bed.Also,take glutamine...it will help keep colds at bay.
