short intro

I'm not big on intros so I will try to keep it short 
I've struggled with my weight most of my life, I managed to go from 172lbs to 143lbs within 5 months(summer of 01) just by eating less and better. In december of 01 I got interested in resistance training again(used to do it in college), did a body-for-life challenge and have now progressed to being a gym rat. My goals are to lose bodyfat and gain muscle mass and learn how I can best achieve this. My struggling point like a lot of people seems to be my diet. Don't know if I'm eating enough, too much or enough of the right things to achieve my goals.

It's good to meet you, eck....seems like I always struggle with the same thing, too. I try to be relatively consistent, but I'm also really active in terms of things like tennis, aerobics, cycling...so some weeks it seems like I should construct a different diet, but I'm often unsure of what to do. Anyway, I think there will be a lot of helpful people here. Good luck!
