I don't use any powders, just bars. I like EAS Low Carb bars, I also buy the Power Protein Bars.

The bars are pretty good.
I use bars over powder mainly for convenience reasons.

Man I'd freak without my MRPs.Eating 7 food meals a day is simply impossible for me.I like an MRP at breakfast,post training,and b4 bed.I tend to use those MRPs that are a blend of proteins witha low carb content.My fav's include:MUSCLE MEALS,DORIAN YATES APPROVED,MET-RX APM 60.I also like Biotests Advanced Protein if I just want straight protein.Drink up!!!

I rarely use them, but the ones i get are cheaper cause they are from a health store. They basically have the same values as myoplex which i'ev heard off several people to be the best tasting mrp.

Actually, the company I work for is located next door to the EAS corporate office, and we get a very low price on EAS supplements!
