I am about to purchase creatine, glutamine, and protein. Any suggestions on brands?

Read the following post for some opinions on creatine and protein. I don't use glutamine, so someone else will have to help you there.

Personally, I like the cheapest brand

I love EAS and they are pretty cheap. I buy everything from them; like creatine, zma-hp, protein, and whatever. Last night I bought a 5lbs thing of EAS protein for about 32.50 from GNC.

The creatine you buy depends on what you want...plain,with carbs, effervescent, liquid, etc.Stick with top brands that use quality creatine like EAS,Muscletech,Twinlab,Met-rx,etc.For glutamine go with peptides from OSMO or Sports One...these are the best. For protein I believe that mixes work best...Yate's Pro Peptide,Met-Rx,and Pro Fusion by Musclelink rule.Just don't skimp..your body is too valuable.

I usually buy a cheap reputable brand.

Yeah, definetely shop around, only buy from GNC when things are on sale. Like for example, right now all EAS products are 20% off, plus I had a 20% off coupon on top of that, so I just bought some creatine and a box of myoplex.

The last time I was in GNC, Designer Protein cost $30 dollars for 2 pounds. Take 20% off and you will pay $24. 20% off that and you are left with 19.20 +tax,we will call it 20 bucks even, ten dollars a pound.

I bought my last protein from this site for around 32 bucks for 5 pounds including shipping( EAS Simply Protein)which equals 6.4 dollars a pound

Optimum is also a great value!

Eclipse glutamine (good quality and price)

Eas shakes(taste great; reasonable priced if shop around

Creatine(Any good old creatine, it's all about the same) Tried the liquid creatine but it doesn't work any better than the powder

yeah Charger, you really need to shop around for the best deal. We have a supplement store a few miles away that has great prices, comparable to this site and other online sites out there, so I usually get my stuff there. But I ended up getting a box of the myoplex choc. lovers pack for about $31 and a container of phosphagen for $20 at GNC, so that was pretty good.

Ya Baumer I forget there are some decent places out there, not in my town though. The GNC store here is a ripp off, stuff is almost twice as high. There is a store about an hour from here that has good prices on anything you need, just a pain to drive that far.
