gday any1 who happens 2 b reading. i am a 26yo male from southern australia who likes beer a little 2 much.....and i work in an office as a draftsman.....hmmmmmm. so what does office jobs and beer equal ? flabby guts. i am about 185cm and weigh about 80kg, so im not doing 2 bad, but i try 2 be a perfectionist so a beer gut just won't do. i like 2 play aussie rules footy with my mates and cricket on the beach, i also like taking my tinny out and going fishing under a nice warm sun. i have been working out on and off 4 about 2 years, but not doing anything about my eating habbits, but that is changing somewhat because now i plan 2 get serious. anyway thats me. and i am happy 2 be onboard, im afraid i won't be any good for advice but good 4 asking lots of questions. cheerz !
