i wanted to start a new thread about this in case anyone else is interested in this particular subject.

ok so i read the avantlabs article ...

questions :

1. where can i find sample meal plans for each of the 3 days ? i do realise that it depends on your body weight and that i would need to tweak it.
2. do you still get a free day ? i cant not party and have alcohol once a week
3. how do you feel on the low carb days ?
4. what happens when you stop and say go back to 6 meals of equal protein/carb proportions - do you put the weight back on ?

There are no sample menus as the diet is relatively easy to figure out. Just be sure you consume only approved carbs, and the stated fat amounts, and get your protein at every meal.

There is no free day here. The high day is the day we all look forward too, as you can eat unlimited approved carbs.

3. how do you feel on the low carb days ?

Low carb days are actually the worst day for me. I would rathe rhave no carbs at all or go all out. I dont like to bne teased my small amounts of carbs. But physically I feel fine on all the days, esp no carb since it is only 1 day.

Nto unless you consume more calories than you burn. If you eat within the correct calorie ranger for maintence, you should be fine.
