I am 32 two years old, 5'11, and 200 pounds. I have had a pot belly my entire life. My goal is not to get huge. I just want to tone up and get lean. I have lifted weight for 7 years on and off, but never achieved any long lasting results. I am currently using the "Total Gym" and dumbells. I eat 6 meals a day with a total calorie intake of 2100 - 2200 calories. Every meal I eat is in a 40:40:20 ratio. I take in about 190 grams of protien a day.
Any suggestions are welcomed.
