Hi all,
Just introducing myself!
I'm 21 year old, currently attending college. I've been lifting since I was 18, but not very serious, and just recently this past year have become serious about lifting.
I'm 5'10 and weigh about 210 pounds, pretty stocky build. Last year I was about 240 and way out of shape. I dropped about 30 pounds in 4 months and have stayed at a pretty steady 210 for the past 8 months while putting on more muscle mass.
I plan on starting a cycle of 1-Ad shortly to try and get cut up. Any suggestions on cycle duration, dosage, and additional supplements would be greatly appreciated.
