I used to train at a college and my gym memership ran out on the last day of Sept 2003, I went to see them on the 6 th October ( last monday) and was told that I had to wait for the new college student to settle in and that my membershio could not be renewed until December. At the moment I am doing push ups, and ab crunches, I bought 2x 7.5kg dumbells and have been using them too. What else is there that I can do from home without buying a bench? I am hopefully going to invest in a barbell and a chin up bar too

Well, you can do tons of exercises with the dumbells you have. You can do all kinds of variations on push ups...angles, hand spacings, etc, you may be able to do dips between chairs or "bench dips, you can squat, lunge, and do calf raises. You can do plenty my friend!

You can add resistance to your pushups by using one of those rubber cord work out sets. Simply a put the rubber cord behind your back and presto add resitance.
